At Hazel & Reed, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Reed Vacation Tote, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns are completely free of charge.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags attached.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the funds to appear, depending on your provider.

To initiate a return, simply contact our team and we will provide you with a prepaid return label along with further instructions.
